Yvonne Claudio, MS, PMP

Founder/President

Yvonne Claudio founded Envisions Management Consulting in 2005 after serving the industry for a number of years as an independent consultant. With more than 25 years experience in health and human services management, she brings expertise in service planning at the state, local and organizational level; organizational assessment; process improvement; and project management. Ms. Claudio is a certified by the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org) as a Project Management Professional. Her past work includes envisioning and managing projects, developing statement of work documents and business cases, writing proposals, developing and managing budgets and contracts, leading implementation and execution of projects, and managing teams of consultants.

In establishing Envisions Management Consulting, Ms. Claudio offers health and human service organizations a pool of experienced professionals who are passionate about their work and who offer their expertise to strengthen these organizations and enhance the services they offer.
